These terms are for Profile Rescue (profilerescue.com), a private service run by Noam. Write us at hello@profilerescue.com. If you hire us, you agree to this page. We are not Google and we are not affiliated with Google LLC.
The service
Profile Rescue is a one-time job: $197 USD. We audit and rebuild a Google Business Profile — name, category, hours, phone, website, service area, business description, products/services, a photo plan (you supply the photos), 5–10 Q&A, review-reply templates, and instructions so you can grant Manager access without sharing your Google password.
Keep It Live is $49 USD per month, optional, and only after Rescue. It covers posts, a photo drip, and review replies. You can decline it. Rescue still stands on its own.
Payment
Payment is due before we do delivery work beyond a free audit screenshot we may send in outreach. This website does not take payment. Email hello@profilerescue.com and we will follow up with how to pay when you are ready. Prices on the homepage are the prices.
What we need from you
- Accurate hours, phone, website, and service area
- Photos of the real shop, which you supply
- A Manager invite, sent by you, from your Google account
- Honest answers if we ask what the business actually does
We cannot invent a storefront. If the business is not real, we will not take the job.
Access and passwords
We never ask for your Google password. You invite us as Manager. You may remove that access at any time. If you remove access before the rebuild is finished, we cannot complete the job.
What we will not do
- Pretend to be Google, Maps, Search, or a Google employee
- Create fake listings
- Write, buy, or solicit fake reviews
- Guarantee a ranking, a star rating, or a volume of calls
- Work on a chain or franchise listing without the owner’s authority
Google’s products, rules, and results can change without notice. We repair the listing you control. We do not control Maps or Search.
Town by town
We work one town’s weak listings, then the next. We may not be able to take every shop the week you write. We will say so instead of pretending we have a national team.
Opt-out and stopping
If you tell us to stop, we stop. For Keep It Live, write hello@profilerescue.com and we will end the monthly work. Rescue is a one-time rebuild; it is not a subscription.
Limitation
We are a small service. We are not liable for lost profits, search ranking changes, or Google account actions outside the listing work you hired us to do. Local law still applies; this paragraph does not ask you to give up rights you cannot give up.
