I clear unanswered Google review backlogs for independent practices — every review answered in your own voice, your profile rebuilt, done in five days for a flat $197.
Waited fifty minutes past my appointment time and not one person said a word about it. I understand running late. I don't understand nobody mentioning it.

You're right, and I'm sorry. Running behind happens; leaving you sitting there without an explanation shouldn't. We've started having the front desk come out at the fifteen-minute mark to tell people where things stand. If you'll give us another try, ask for me directly and I'll make sure you're seen on time.
An illustrative example, not a real patient. The second version is what I write for you.
Why it matters
The person who left that review has moved on. The next fifty people deciding whether to call you haven't — and an unanswered complaint reads as an admission. Answer it and the same complaint becomes evidence that somebody is paying attention.
The good reviews matter too. A patient who took ten minutes to praise your staff by name and got nothing back is unlikely to do it twice. Google also treats a profile that's actively maintained differently from one that sits still.
What it costs
Five days, start to finish
Optional. Cancel any time.
Most people start with the Rescue and decide about the Watch after they've seen the work. That's the order I'd recommend.
How it works
Who you're dealing with
I'm Cayle Villa. I work from Manila with a small number of US practices at a time, which is the honest reason this is $197 rather than the $400 a month a local agency would quote you for the same work.
I'm early in building this, so I'd rather tell you that than dress it up. What you get in exchange is me doing the writing instead of an account coordinator, a five-day turnaround because I'm not juggling forty clients, and approval over every word before it appears under your name.
I don't buy, trade, incentivise or filter reviews. Those practices violate Google's policies and can get a profile suspended — it would be your practice bearing that, not me. Answering reviews and asking every patient equally are both entirely within the rules, and that's the whole of what I do.
I'll read your profile, write three replies I'd post, and email them back to you free — use them whether or not you ever hire me. It takes me about ten minutes and it's the fastest way for you to judge whether the writing sounds like you.
