Profile Rescue is a private service run by Noam. Write us at hello@profilerescue.com. We repair Google Business Profiles for independent local businesses. We are not Google, and we are not affiliated with Google LLC.

This page says what we collect, why, and what we will not do. It is written in ordinary language on purpose.

What we collect

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send:

• Your name and the business name
• Town
• Email address, and phone if you give it
• A listing link, if you give it
• Whatever you write in the message

The form on this site opens your email app with a message addressed to hello@profilerescue.com. We do not run a login, a customer portal, or a live checkout on this website, so we do not collect card numbers here.

Google Business Profile access

If you hire us, you invite Profile Rescue as a Manager on the listing from your own Google account. We never ask for your Google password. We do not want it. You can remove that access at any time in Google’s own settings.

With Manager access we edit the listing you hired us to repair — name, category, hours, phone, website, service area, description, products/services, photos you supply, Q&A, and related fields. We do not use that access to pretend we are Google, to publish fake reviews, or to create fake listings.

Photos

You supply photos of the shop. We may store copies only as needed to do the work you asked for (for example, to follow a photo plan). We do not scrape random pictures of your storefront from the web to pad the listing.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not buy or sell Google reviews.
• We do not create fake businesses or fake listings.
• We do not claim to be Google in mail, on the phone, or on this site.
• We do not ask for your Google password.

Opt-out

If you tell us to stop — by emailing hello@profilerescue.com — we stop. We will not keep writing you about the listing. If we have Manager access, we will leave it or you can revoke it yourself; if you ask us to leave, we will.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site does not use an advertising pixel and does not require an account. Your browser may still send ordinary technical data to the host (Vercel) such as IP address and pages requested, which is normal for any website. We do not use that to build a dossier on you.

How long we keep mail

Email about a job is kept as long as we need it to do the work, answer you, or keep ordinary business records. If you want mail about your shop deleted, write hello@profilerescue.com and ask.
